Working as a photographer on job sites taught me how quickly conditions can change. I developed a strong situational awareness of site conditions, work in progress, and the subtle details that signal what is about to happen—and the dangers to avoid.

My core philosophy of project documentation has always been that the quality of the original capture dictates the quality of everything that follows. The same holds for spatial data. Shortcuts and early compromises often result in costly workarounds and unmet expectations for everyone involved.

The same principle applies to working relationships. Clear communication and strong working relationships are essential to good work. That means listening, following through on commitments, and delivering on promises.

I am a naturally curious systems-thinker who likes to test, measure, evaluate, and document, then improve for the next round.

Ultimately, technology is a means, not the objective. My goal is to use the right tool to capture the right information and deliver it in a manner that helps teams make smarter, more effective decisions.
