I’m a developing Reality Capture Technician with a systems-thinking and project management mindset, focused on delivering actionable insights for AECO teams.
With 20+ years of experience documenting the built environment through photography and video, I’m leveraging my visual media production and UAS expertise for Reality Capture and VDC field support roles.
I bring a steady, methodical approach to my work and possess strong situational awareness and a habit of thinking ahead. Years of working on-site in architecture, construction, and other built-environment settings taught me to assess a site quickly, anticipate challenges, and come prepared to obtain the information needed the first time.
That mindset carries directly into my approach to Reality Capture. Whether I’m planning a flight, documenting existing conditions, or evaluating a model, I’m thinking beyond the capture itself.

My background in photography and video also taught me that good documentation is more than simply collecting images. It requires understanding the subject, recognizing what is important, maintaining consistency, and delivering information that serves a larger purpose.
Most importantly, the quality of the original capture sets the tone for everything downstream. I apply the same thinking to spatial data: test, measure, evaluate, improve, and document what I learn.
I’m naturally curious. I like understanding how things work and looking for better ways to do them. I value clear communication, strong working relationships, and accountability. Ultimately, I care less about the technology for its own sake than about using it well to produce accurate, useful information that helps people make better decisions.
Produced an educational video series highlighting the J. Craig Venter Institute laboratory’s various energy and design aspects that helped them achieve net zero energy status.

Currently developing a content strategy by listening to and addressing community needs. This involves engaging with stakeholders, creating educational content on relevant policies and infrastructure, and delivering compelling content that connects to diverse audiences through their preferred channels.
Developed encinitasbikewalk.org, a bike and pedestrian advocacy website that provides education, current and relevant news, an event calendar, active transportation best practices and updates to local regulations and policies.
Managed the research, production and publishing of the Micromobility and Ride Review newsletters.
Each of these newsletters reached 25,000 subscribers weekly and served as a leading news source for policies, regulations, product announcements and industry trends for small electric vehicles.
Managed the full redevelopment of the FoxFury e-commerce website built on WordPress and WooCommerce platforms.
Working cohesively with developers and designers, we aligned SEO-optimized educational content and efficient design with brand guidelines to achieve a 4x increase in targeted website traffic, boost organic search rankings and increase sales conversions.
